About This Rental

This wedding package accommodates up to 40 guests, featuring round tables for attendees and banquet tables for food, drinks, and the wedding party. There is room for a small dance floor or bar service under the tent, but space does not allow for both. If additional space is needed, a 20×20 tent can be added to allow up to an 18×18 dance floor without bar service, or up to 10×10 dance floor with bar service.

Terms and Conditions

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

In consideration of payment of the rental fee listed below and the promises and representations provided by Lessee in this Agreement, HighCountry Jumpers LLC will provide the rental equipment (the "Rental Equipment") described below on the dates listed under the terms outlined in this Agreement. Rental Equipment may include, but is not limited to inflatable entertainment equipment, tables, chairs, tents, and the Magic Mirror photo booth.

INFLATABLES:

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The inflatable equipment must always be visible to adults.

2. Ensure players meet the criteria on the safety information displayed on each bounce house or inflatable unit.

3. Only players of compatible age and size should use the inflatables.

4. Players must be over 2 years of age to use any inflatable equipment.

5. Players should not wear jewelry, glasses, shoes, or bring hazardous items, such as silly string, into or near the inflatable equipment.

6. In the event of extreme weather, all players should be removed immediately from the inflatables, and power should be disconnected.

SETUP AND USE:
Lessee agrees to allow HighCountry Jumpers LLC to set up and dismantle the inflatable equipment. Lessee will provide a safe, flat, and accessible area for setup as specified in pre-rental communications. Lessee shall notify HighCountry Jumpers of any water lines. HighCountry Jumpers is not liable for any punctured water lines and is not responsible for repairing any damage to water lines. Lessee shall not relocate any rented equipment without HighCountry Jumpers LLC’s written permission.

CLEANING:
Normal dirt and grass are acceptable and will be cleaned by HighCountry Jumpers LLC. Lessee shall pay a cleaning fee of $50 if freshly mowed grass is found inside inflatable units or on other equipment, especially water units. If any inflatable equipment is returned in a condition requiring more than standard cleaning, Lessee shall pay an additional cleaning fee up to $300.

TABLES AND CHAIRS:

SETUP AND USE:
HighCountry Jumpers LLC will deliver and set up tables and chairs by placing tables and stacking 8 chairs per table in a designated area. Lessee may move the tables and chairs as needed during their event. However, prior to pickup, tables and chairs must be restacked in the same manner (8 chairs per table) and placed back in the original drop-off location.
A $5 fee will be charged for each table and 8-chair set not restacked properly prior to pickup, unless takedown service has been arranged in advance.

CLEANING:
Tables and chairs should be returned in a condition free of excessive dirt, debris, or damage. If excessive dirt or stains are found on the tables or chairs upon return, a cleaning fee may be assessed based on the level of cleaning required. Lessee shall be responsible for any damages or repairs to the tables or chairs that occur during the rental period.

TENTS:

SETUP AND USE:
Lessee agrees to allow HighCountry Jumpers LLC to set up and dismantle the tents. Lessee will provide a safe, flat, and accessible area for setup as specified in pre-rental communications. Lessee shall not relocate any rented equipment without HighCountry Jumpers LLC’s written permission.

CLEANING:
Tents should be returned free of excessive dirt, debris, or damages. Lessee shall be responsible for removing any large debris (e.g., sticks, leaves) from the tent prior to return. A cleaning fee may apply if the tent is returned with excessive dirt or staining requiring more than standard cleaning. Lessee shall be responsible for any damages or repairs to the tent that occur during the rental period.

MAGIC MIRROR PHOTO BOOTH:

INSTRUCTIONS:
The Magic Mirror photo booth must be used in a covered, weather-protected area to prevent damage. In the event of extreme weather, the photo booth should be moved to a safe location, and power should be disconnected.

SETUP AND USE:

Lessee agrees to allow HighCountry Jumpers LLC to set up and dismantle the Magic Mirror photo booth. Lessee will provide a safe, flat, and accessible area for setup as specified in pre-rental communications. Lessee shall not relocate the photo booth without HighCountry Jumpers LLC’s written permission.

A minimum setup area of 10 ft x 15 ft is required when props and accessory tables are included. If props are not being used, a 10 ft x 10 ft area is sufficient. The setup area must be indoors or under cover, with access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet.

ATTENDANT:
An attendant will be provided for the duration of the event to operate the Magic Mirror photo booth. For events lasting more than 3 hours, Lessee agrees to provide a hot meal and water for the attendant.

TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE:
While we strive for flawless performance, technical issues can occasionally occur. As long as the Magic Mirror photo booth is operational for at least 80% of the scheduled rental period, HighCountry Jumpers LLC will be considered to have fulfilled its service obligation.

Please note that the photo booth printer can be temperamental and may require periodic troubleshooting. In the event the printer experiences downtime, digital copies of all photos will still be provided to the client, and guests will continue to be able to use the booth and receive digital photo access.

CLEANING:
The Magic Mirror photo booth should be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Since the photo booth is not a seating unit, there is no risk of staining. Lessee shall be responsible for any damages to the photo booth that occur during the rental period.

DEPOSIT & REFUND:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the Magic Mirror for your event. This deposit secures your date and is applied to your total balance. Due to the nature of limited availability and high demand, this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or schedule changes.

GENERAL TERMS:

SAFETY:
Lessee agrees to provide safe and adequate adult supervision of all children and guests while the Rental Equipment is in use.

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY:
Lessee acknowledges that the use of Rental Equipment may pose a risk of physical injury, including serious injury or death, to participants. Lessee assumes full responsibility for the safe operation and use of the Rental Equipment on the dates indicated above and releases indemnifies, and holds harmless HighCountry Jumpers LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors (collectively, Releasees) from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, attorney fees, and costs arising from the use of the Rental Equipment, including claims resulting from negligent acts or omissions of any Releasee.

RETURNED CHECKS:
In the event a check tendered by Lessee is returned for insufficient funds, Lessee shall pay the total rental fee plus an additional $50.00 NSF Check Fee to HighCountry Jumpers LLC immediately upon notice.

CHOICE OF LAW & VENUE:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws provisions, and any action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement or the use of Rental Equipment shall be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction within 30 miles of Midland, Michigan.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties concerning the rental and use of the Rental Equipment. No waiver, modification, or amendment of any of the terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by the party to be charged.

SURVIVAL:
If any provision within this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.
